Customer Experience Associate (Full-Time, On-Site – Prospect Heights, IL)

  • What you’ll do: Help customers by email/phone, manage RMAs/returns, track shipments, and coordinate with warehouse teams.
  • What you bring: Clear communication, empathy, strong attention to detail, comfort with basic order/CRM tools.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Shopify or marketplace support (Amazon/Walmart/eBay).

Operations Coordinator (Full-Time, On-Site – Prospect Heights, IL)

  • What you’ll do: Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and support vendor/carrier relations.
  • What you bring: Organized, Excel/Sheets capable, process-oriented; comfort with WMS or inventory tools is a plus.
  • Nice to have: Experience with 3PLs, cartonization, or freight quoting.

Ecommerce Specialist (Full-Time, Hybrid – IL)

  • What you’ll do: Manage product pages, listings, and promotions; optimize content for SEO and conversion; monitor reviews and pricing.
  • What you bring: Experience with Shopify; basic HTML a plus; comfort with spreadsheets and analytics dashboards.
  • Nice to have: Marketplace experience (Walmart/Amazon/eBay), basic photo editing, or feed management.
