Processing Times

  • Orders received by 2:00 PM CT on business days generally ship the same day.
  • Orders received after the cutoff ship the next business day.
  • During peak periods (holidays, promotions), please allow an extra business day for processing.

Tracking & Notifications

Rates & Free Shipping Thresholds

  • Free standard shipping on orders $50+ within the continental U.S.
  • Shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Expedited/oversize items may incur additional fees shown at checkout.

Address Accuracy

  • Review your shipping address carefully at checkout (suite/apartment number, ZIP code).
  • We cannot reroute packages once in transit.
  • Undeliverable parcels returned to us will be processed for a refund minus outbound shipping if the address was entered incorrectly.

Lost, Delayed, or “Delivered” but Missing

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, check with neighbors, building management, or a family member first.
  • Contact the carrier to start a trace, then notify us within 7 days so we can help.
  • For weather or carrier delays, we’ll monitor the shipment and keep you updated.

Damaged in Transit

  • Keep all original packaging and take photos of the product, inner packaging, and outer carton.
  • Email photos and your order number to support@brightnesthomegoods.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or other appropriate remedy after review.
