Shipping Information

At Bright Nest Home Goods, we aim to deliver every order quickly and reliably. All shipments are processed and fulfilled from the U.S. via FedEx, with clear tracking updates and dependable service.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST on business days typically ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST ship the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard transit time is 3–5 business days within the continental U.S.
  • Rural or remote areas may require additional transit time based on FedEx schedules.

Shipping Area & Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the continental U.S.
  • P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for oversized items.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Oversized or heavy items may include an additional carrier surcharge.

Tracking & Notifications

  • A tracking number is emailed once your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after label creation.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately. Changes are only possible before your order ships.
  • Please confirm your shipping address during checkout. Address corrections may not be possible once the carrier has the package.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, check with neighbors or building management first. If still missing, contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a FedEx claim.
