30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Original shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error or carrier-related damage.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@brightnesthomegoods.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- We will provide an RMA and step-by-step instructions. If eligible, we’ll send a prepaid FedEx return label.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping is free for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may apply.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
- If you would like an exchange, we will send the replacement once your return is in transit back to us.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used items, items not in original condition, and products marked final sale cannot be returned.
Warranty Coverage
- All products include a 1-Year Replacement Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal household use.
- To start a warranty claim, email us your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video.
