      Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

      If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

      • Fast refunds: issued 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
      • Return shipping: covered by us for confirmed defects or wrong items; for change-of-mind returns, return shipping may apply.
      • Exchanges: available for equal/greater value items; differences are billed/refunded accordingly.

      How to Start a Return or Exchange

      1. Email support@brightnesthomegoods.com with your order number, reason, and photos if applicable.
      2. We’ll reply with an RMA number and instructions.
      3. Pack the item securely and include the RMA inside the box.
      4. Ship using the label provided (if applicable), or your preferred insured method.

      Tip: Keep your drop-off receipt and tracking until your refund is processed.

      Eligibility & Condition

      • Return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
      • Item is unused and in original retail packaging with all inserts.
      • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

      Refund Timing

      • Once the return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are issued in 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
      • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 2–3 business days to post funds.

      Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

      • Used items or items not in original packaging.
      • Products damaged by misuse, overheating, improper care, or modification.
      • Final-sale items (if clearly marked at purchase).
      • Gift cards or downloadable content (if applicable).

      Damaged or Incorrect Items

      We’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product, inner packaging, and outer carton.

      Exchanges

      If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we’ll help you select a suitable replacement. Any price difference will be billed/refunded accordingly once the original item is received and inspected.
